We offer special agreements to ensure that your AC receives a thorough maintenance service every year. This process will keep your electricity costs low and extend the durability of the AC and compressor. Regular maintenance lowers the chances of system failure, as our technicians will address potential problems, and employ preventive measures to decrease the possibility of malfunctions.
AC Service Price Breakdown (Estimates)
AC maintenance includes cleaning or replacing air filters, clearing debris from the outdoor unit, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting coils, wiring, and the thermostat.
Regular PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
RS: 3,500 per unit.
(Normal Wash): Focuses on surface dust and filters. Quick, low-cost maintenance typically done every 3–4 months. Generally, it includes checking for basic functionality.
Full/Chemical PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
RS: 4,700 per unit.
Deep Cleaning (Chemical Wash/Full Service): Targets internal components. Involved dismantling, using specialized cleaning fluids on coils and blower fans, and clearing the drainpipe to eliminate musty smells and improve cooling, usually needed once or twice yearly.
